This gorgeous contemporary style villa is located in the heart of the B zone, Sotogrande Costa
The villa is bright, airy, and spacious and comprises of three floors.
On the ground floor there is an open plan living /dining / kitchen which leads directly out onto the covered terrace garden and pool area.
Outside under the covered terrace there is outdoor dining and living area, perfect for balmy lunches and BBQ dinners by the pool.
The property has 450 sqm built, and counts 4,5 bedrooms : 2 masters (one on groundfloor and one on topfloor), 1 queensize room and 1 twinbeds room (that can become a kingsize when joining the 2 beds). There is a last single bedroom in the basement (ideal for nanny, maid or teenager). All bedrooms upstairs have balcony access.
Property is not suited for small children (less than 6 years old); although we can accomodate a request with a newborn baby.
There is an office set up space on the landing ideal for those who need to work from home.
In basement there is a bedroom ensuite for service which consists of sofa bed, an additional TV lounge complete with bar area, and there is a laundry room.
Rentals include weekly change of linen (bed & bathroom) once per week.
Pool cover will heat the water by 4 to 7°, depending on season. The solar slats absorb the sun energy and release it to heat up the water of the swimming pool.
Usage of outdoor jacuzzi is not included.
