The Villas of Sotogrande is an elegant residential complex of 49 villas designed by the architectural firm Torras & Sierra (responsible for Finca Cortesin), featuring a traditional-style design, located in the Sotogrande development (La Reserva de Sotogrande), right next to the La Cañada golf course. Detached / Individual Houses: There are six units of this type, which share the same features as the semi-detached houses. These villas are located in the southern area of the plot, where the land's slope is more pronounced and the plots are larger, with some exceeding 1,000 m2. Basement level houses the installations and laundry area. These homes have four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a guest toilet.
