The Villas of Sotogrande is an elegant residential complex of 49 villas designed by the architectural firm Torras & Sierra (responsible for Finca Cortesin), featuring a traditional-style design, located in the Sotogrande development (La Reserva de Sotogrande), right next to the La Cañada golf course. What sets this development apart, where the environment itself takes center stage, is the vegetation and outdoor spaces that shape and give meaning to the entire architectural concept. The proposal's motto is 'a garden with houses.' The exclusivity, sustainability, and design of these villas are set in a natural and gated environment. The community will also feature a padel court.
With easy access to the A-7 (Exit 1094), it allows you to reach the Sotogrande Marina in just a few minutes, which is only 7 km away, where you can enjoy a wide range of leisure options: Trocadero Sotogrande, KE restaurant, and renowned golf clubs (La Cañada Golf Club, La Reserva Club Sotogrande, Real Club de Golf Valderrama, etc.).
The homes are mainly organized into three types:
Patio Houses: a group of 19 townhouses located at the northernmost part of the plot. They represent the project's 'village area,' featuring contemporary architecture with flat roofs. Each of these homes is arranged around a private patio, which includes a garden, pool, and pergola area. These homes offer three en-suite bedrooms on the upper floor, while the main living spaces—living room, dining room, and kitchen—are on the ground floor, extending seamlessly into the exterior patio areas. They also have a small basement for laundry. Basement level houses the installations and laundry area.
Garden Houses: characterized by a more timeless architecture, with volumes combined across different gardens and terraces, adapting to the topography of the land. The 24 semi-detached houses of this type each feature a plot with a private garden and pool, plus a large pergola to further blend indoor and outdoor living, allowing residents to enjoy Sotogrande’s climate. Most have a plot size of more than 300 m2. Basement level houses the installations and laundry area.
Detached / Individual Houses: There are six units of this type, which share the same features as the semi-detached houses. These villas are located in the southern area of the plot, where the land's slope is more pronounced and the plots are larger, with some exceeding 1,000 m2. Basement level houses the installations and laundry area. These homes have four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a guest toilet.
