The building has been placed in the highest part of the plot, just beside the street and main entrance. The existing slope is solved by creating a series of platforms, like terraces on the field, enhancing the landscape and offering visual varied perspectives from each living space of the house. All the rooms are looking to outdoor landscapes, while in the opposite facade, which faces the Daimiel street and neighbors, is a closed one with the minimal openings for lighting and ventilation.
The dwelling is distributed on two floors. In the floor at the street level is the entrance hall, which connects to the garage and utility room on one side and the bedrooms of children and guests on the other. In the entrance hall are the stairway to the ground floor and the space for installing the elevator.
Downstairs, on the ground floor, the lobby of distribution provides direct access to the living room and dining room. The master bedroom is accessible from the living and the service area where is located the kitchen, the cellar, pantry, laundry, clothes press and the room service, is accessible from the dinning room.
All the rooms on the ground floor have direct access to the large terrace that runs around the front of the building, from which you can access a lower platform with the pool with its own beach area. Beneath it, there is another platform to reach the area gym, sauna and locker rooms.
