Villa Karibu which means Welcome in swahili is a colonial-style villa located in a quiet and desirable area of Sotogrande Alto. The 3-storey villa is built on two plots and is facing a beautiful green area and surrounded by an idyllic tropical garden. The house was designed and built by the owner in 2006 and has been partially updated in 2025. The African style settled on a wooden frame structure that was built in Germany and then blended into Sotogrande.
The main entrance of the house leads to the right to a guest room with private bathroom, and to the left is the spacious kitchen with breakfast and directly to the living room area and living room with double height ceilings and a stone fireplace. The dining room leads to an open terrace. There is a guest toilet and a double bedroom with private bathroom and balcony overlooking the tropical garden.
The first floor consists of a large master suite composed of a dressing room and a bathroom with jacuzzi. This last floor could be expanded to build three more bedrooms.
At the lower level of the villa, we find an independent apartment that has a living room with fireplace and kitchen with dining room for breakfast and that gives to a private patio. there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
A beautiful landscaped garden extends between the house and the green area as a natural transition.
The Balkan style includes a pool house and a cabin, ideal for socializing and relaxing outdoors all year round.
The property is facing southeast and enjoys sunlight all day.
